This is where we are different from the other guys out there. We like to deliver bikes to you in person by one of trained members of staff. we do this for a number of reasons.

The main one being that if gives us the chance to ensure the bike is perfectly set up for you and is ready to hit the trails immediately. We often find these last few adjustments such as fine tuning shock pressures, tailoring brake and gear lever position, saddle postition etc are always best done in person and really do transform the ride experience.

We offer this completely free to customers purchasing from within the UK mainland and will arrange a time and place to suit you

Returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (excluding special order items) at your cost and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

Delivery

We will deliver your bike fully built and set up for you in person, by one of our members of staff completely free of charge.

We feel the additional cost to us is worth it for the piece of mind that your new pride and joy arrives in perfect condition, it also enables us to make sure everything is set up perfectly for you and that you know how everything works.
