returns policy
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (excluding special order items) at your cost and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it
Delivery
We will deliver your bike fully built and set up for you in person using one of our members of staff completely free of charge.
we feel the additional cost to us is worth it for the piece of mind of your new pride and joy arriving in perfect condition, it also enables us to make sure everything is set up perfectly for you and that you know how everything works

We can build your bike exactly how you want. change of stem or bars? different wheels? different weight shock spring?
