Returns & Refunds


If you are not fully satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.


Method of refund - You will be credited via the same means of payment, i.e if you paid via credit card, you will be refunded to that card. If you paid via PayPal, this is where your refund will go.


Product condition - The item, typically a bike, must be in the as delivered condition. You cannot have ridden it. It needs to come back to us as it was delivered. We'd hope that would be obvious. (Obviously if there is an issue or warranty issue, this is different, we will sort the issues)

If you've simply changed your mind, your wife/husband has told you off, or you have a change in circumstance, we do charge the fee issued to us by whatever means you have paid, so if your credit card company charges us a fee this will not be refunded, likewise PayPal charge us (quite handsomely) for the privilege of their services, and it's only reasonable that if we have incurred this fee, that we do not include this in the refund. Again, this is simply if you have changed your mind. Typically these charges, as well as our own merchant charges, amount to up to £200 on a £4,500 bike.


The return shipping is at your risk and cost. You can of course return the bike to us in person.


Any issues with the bike we will resolve, and remember, we deliver by hand. They are very rare.
